Why SettleCanada exists.
Moving to Canada is hard enough. Finding clear, honest answers about settling in shouldn’t be.
Back, and focused on settling.
SettleCanada started years ago as a newcomer information site. We paused it, and we’ve now brought it back with a clearer focus: helping people settle in Canada, and manage their money, in their first year.
There’s plenty of immigration news online. What’s harder to find is a calm, practical answer to “what do I do this week?”. That’s what we write: step-by-step guides, checklists and money tools, checked against official sources and dated so you know how fresh they are.
We write for people moving from India, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, China, Nigeria and everywhere else.
