Immigration is earned, not given. For succesful emmigration you need a master plan.

Canada is a model of the classic immigrant-receiving country. Canada is known as "The Nation built on immigrants." Canada is a land of compassion. This is why immigrants are flocking to this country. Immigration enables Canada to recruit manpower, skills and capital which develop new global linkages. This happens through federal, provincial and territorial selection. On average, Canada targets over 200,000 new immigrants a year.
