New Dawn Immigration Consultants Inc. operates under the
umbrella of New Dawn Enterprises Ltd. (www.newdawn.ca). NDE was established in
1976. It is the oldest community development corporation in Canada, with the
motto “Business for People.” NDE establishes and operates locally-based ventures
that contribute to the creation of self-supporting communities. We are located
in Sydney, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. Cape Breton Island is known worldwide for
its natural beauty, nourished by musicians and writers, and for friendly people
who have maintained their diverse cultural traditions since the early 19th
